Cassette Tapes to CDs
Unfortunately, as awesome as cassettes were, they weren’t exactly built to last.
Not only are they unstable and prone to breakage, unless you’ve been asleep for the last 30 years you might have noticed it’s getting harder and harder to find a device that will actually play them for you. Cars are rarely equipped with cassette players anymore, and you’ll have a hard time finding an appropriate device at your local electronics store. What we’re saying is, it might be time for you to move on. CDs are an amazing technological advance. They last for a very long time, and storing them is as easy as putting them in their box and keeping them on the shelf..
They’re easy to store, customize, and keep for decades.
CDs are also still one of the prevailing methods of listening to music today – the odds are great that you’ve got some in your home right now (and they’re definitely on the shelf of your local electronics store) and the odds are pretty low that you’ve still got the kind of cassette player you'll need to listen to your tapes (and that’s something you won’t find at the electronics super store). If you’ve got old tapes that you can’t access, it’s time to make the cassette to CD switch with Nuline Scans Get back together with your memories. We can convert your cassette tapes into audio cd’s or .mp3 file which ever you choose
Is your audio cassette broken? We can repair it for you.
Tapes that have suffered water or spill damage, extreme heat or severe impact damage are not always repairable. Nuline Scans reserves the right to transfer your audio tape to a new cassette shell and to refuse repairs deemed unreasonable by our technicians. At times a tape may be ripped in a way in which the only recourse is to cut the damaged tape and splice the cut ends together.
This inevitably may result in the loss of some of the material on the original tape. All orders for tape repair must also order a transfer service, as the original tape will not be guaranteed for more that one use.
We also offer free local pickup and delivery of your items, if you're not local we will send you a USPS label to your email address. Simply pack up you slides in a box and attach the lable to your package and drop it off to your local post office. It’s that simple.
